I guess September is a busy season for everyone and we make no exception. I would even say that a crazy month has began: we have to finish The Doll Shop, organize a launch event and all... It’s both stressfull and motivating! Haha! Let’s see if we can manage!
The big announcement this month is our collaboration with TOMO (a Japanese pastry in Paris)! We’ve always been huge fan of their signature Dorayaki and original wagashi. The owner, Romain Gaïa creates very delicate dishes served in beautiful handmade plates.
TOMO contacted us to work on an exclusive illustrated tote bag that will be available on their booth at the Galeries Lafayette, Le Gourmet, Paris, starting September 15.
We drew Naoko, the main character from our graphic novel Festival of Shadows, eating a dorayaki. We tried to make something a little bit “showa retro” but with a pop touch in the colors.
It’s a limited edition. We hope you’ll like it!
The Doll Shop will be released on October 12! To celebrate this, we will organize a Halloween Launch Party at Yôkai Café, in Lyon on October 24! 🤗Yôkai Café is a Japanese street food fusion restaurant for which we’ve created a logo and frescoes.
The party will start from 16:00, until the closing. There will be a talk led by Avorpal, a quizz to win Steam keys, demo playtests and videos on large screen... Everyone is welcomed, spread the word! 🤗

We both have very hard goals to accomplish before the end of the month. It's pretty tough, but we'll do our best to get there!
Olivier is doing his best to finish The Doll Shop! Most is coded but he has to add the music, finetune the dialogues, add some missing sounds and set all the clocks in the backgrounds on the correct time! XD
Cecile is working hard on the marketing. We’ve almost reached 8000 wishlists on Steam but we still need more to appear on Steam’s “New Games” category on launch day. People say it’s ok if we obtain 10 000, but we’re still quite far from that and only have 1 month left! O_O” So, every help is precious from now. If you haven’t already put The Doll Shop in your wishlist on Steam, you can do it or talk about it to your family and friends. We need you!
